Delivery

Products purchased on the Megaservicios website, www.https://superwinch-iberia.com/en/ , are supplied exclusively in Peninsular Spain and Peninsular Portugal. Purchases for deliveries in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or the Azores Islands must be made offline, by contacting our commercial department at phone: +34 91 691 89 60 . The products will be supplied to the delivery address indicated during the order. The indicated deadlines are indicative and correspond to the order preparation and delivery times.

In the event that items whose availability dates are different coincide within the same order, the delivery time will be marked by the item whose availability date is later. Megaservicios will, however, have the possibility of dividing deliveries. Once this last assumption has been carried out, that is, the division of deliveries, the treatment and shipping costs will only be invoiced for a single shipment. Megaservicios cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

Any order not shipped will be canceled and refunded within fifteen days, if it has been received. In case of abnormal delay, you will be notified by email.

Certain categories of products, due to their dimensions, cannot be delivered by certain means of transportation. For this reason Megaservicios reserves the right to propose only the carriers available during your purchase process.

You must check the conformity of the goods supplied at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery order. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise supplied, you must state this at this very moment, in writing on the delivery note accompanied by your signature, stating the reason for your complaint (damaged product...). They must communicate their disagreement to the carrier no later than two business days following the delivery of the items and also send a copy of this email to:

In the event that the products (purchased for online sale) require to be returned, said return must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Any claim made outside this period cannot be accepted. Returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition, that is, in their packaging, with their accessories and instruction manuals.
